Erehwon Mountain Outfitters, a specialty outdoor equipment retailer, will open at Bayshore Town Center this fall.
Founded by a group of avid climbers in 1972, Erehwon Mountain Supply got its start in an 800-square-foot store on Chicago's north side. It now has three stores in Illinois and one Wisconsin outlet in Monona.
"Erehwon is a big hit for Bayshore because of its appeal to our customer base who seek adventure or have a general love for the outdoors," said Chris Jaeger, general manager, Bayshore Town Center. "Whether it be skiing, backpacking, camping or climbing that is of interest, not only will Erehwon have the appropriate gear, but someone on staff will have had personal experience with that particular equipment. That level of customer service is what Bayshore is all about."
